Brampton College promotional video The genre of this promotional video is to promote, educate, persuade and inform potential future students to attend the college. This video fulfils its purpose to promote the college throw different camerawork, mise-en-scene, editing and music. The target audience for this video would be 13-17 year olds. Mise-en-scene This category contains multiple different sections, for example there is location, costumes, lighting, proxemics, blocking, setting, performance from both teachers and students, props and colour. This footage involves a media teacher talking about the experience working in Doncaster UTCs media course. To improve this footage I would make sure the background noise is silenced, this then means that the audio would be clearer and easier to hear. However, this footage can be used for the dialogue is of good quality and the footage looks professional and is persuasive. This footage will need to be improved because the background is too plain. In this footage the student talks about student life and how it has changed from what they expected, this footage is raw footage so needs to e edited, however it is still useful for it shows first hand experience and the words of the students that attend the college.
